Due to the delicate and handcrafted nature of our products, certain custom or personalized items may be subject to specific return restrictions.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our concierge team at [email protected] within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the arrangement back in its original luxury gift box and protective shipping container to ensure it is not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; please note that return shipping fees may be deducted from your refund.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our floral specialists inspect the returned item for any damage, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
