How long do Eternal Roses® actually last?
Our roses are real flowers that have been preserved using a proprietary natural process. With proper care, they are designed to maintain their beauty and freshness for up to three years without water.
Do I need to water my roses?
No, you should never water your Eternal Roses®. Water will actually damage the preservation treatment and cause the petals to lose their color and texture. Simply keep them in a cool, dry environment.
What are your shipping and delivery times?
We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Standard orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days, while overnight shipping is available for last-minute gifting needs. All arrangements are securely packaged to arrive in perfect condition.
Can I include a personalized message with my order?
Yes, every Eternal Roses® arrangement can include a custom gift message. You can enter your personalized note at the checkout page, and we will print it on an elegant gift card.
What is your return policy?
Because our floral arrangements are perishable, handcrafted, and often customized, we generally do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or there is an error, please contact us within 48 hours for a replacement.
